I wrote an article and produced a video on Document Search in .NET (which also got boosted on Medium, continuing a nice streak there).
I also finished code for the next chapter of my book and gave a talk on tech debt at Columbus Ruby Brigade.
Busy one with not much wiggle room, but I got through it!
That is totally awesome, well done! β¨
Wow, that sounds awesome!
What are the requirements to become Packt author?
Write a book with Packt!
In all seriousness, for two of my projects Packt pitched the idea to me and I submitted a proposal on it. For the other one, I worked with the acquisitions editor I worked with on a prior project and pitched a new book to her, she suggested I proceed with a more formal pitch, I did, and then we went with it.
They have a community pitch process as well, which you can check on their website, but for me I was lucky enough that they found me from my various blogging activity and reached out.
Met up with @peter and @jess for a good planning session this week
Finally got a horrible bug fixed, and got a long-delayed feature out the door! Not even complicated in the end, just took forever to find the bug, and to find the time to actually focus on the feature!
Love to hear it
I decided to start taking technical writing more seriously, for real this time. The thousandth time's the charm :)
Posted my first article here in a long time, and I currently have another one cooking in my drafts.

Finally squashed that one persistent UI bug in my app this week. What about you, what was your win?
Woohoo!
This weekend, I created a Chrome extension and published it on the Chrome Web Store. This extension lets you set multiple timers and a pomodoro timer to effectively manage your time. Please show some love and write your genuine reviews on the Chrome Web Store

This week I finally deployed my project for the Bright Data challenge.
I struggled with some frustrating issues around Docker and Render and couldnβt get it to work for days. Bright Data support helped me figure it out, and now itβs live.
The project is called Reputato - it checks public data from LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Crunchbase, and news to see if a company is actually worth your time.
Feels good to have it running after all that debugging.
i have the same problem for the same challenge.. mine is deploying MCP servers and docker containerization and i still cant get it running and the deadline is in a few days...
I finally ready to launch my first ever AI SaaS :D. I wrote the full story here:

nice looking back sometimes really helps me see how far iβve come - you ever notice the little stuff making a bigger difference than the big milestones?
